(CRAWFORDSVILLE, INDIANA) — Delphi Odinist Patrick Westfall has been arrested in southern Indiana, after violating the terms of his probation from a 2021 felony battery charge, by carrying an unlawful firearm.

Patrick Westfall

Forty-four year-old Patrick Donovan Westfall, listed under a P.O. Box in Darlington, Indiana, is currently serving the remainder of his six-month sentence at the Montgomery County Jail in Crawfordsville, and is scheduled to be released in late April 2027. He was arrested on August 24, 2026.

Westfall was one of two men recently named as being primary persons of interest by the appellate lawyers for Richard Allen, who was convicted of murdering Abigail ‘Abby’ Williams and Liberty ‘Libby’ German in November 2024. Allen is currently serving a 130-year sentence for the conviction, handed down by Allen County Special Judge Frances Gull, but the conviction is already in question through the Indiana Court of Appeals.

On September 21, 2026, a three-judge panel heard Oral Arguments from Appellate Attorney Mark Leeman, one of two attorneys representing Richard Matthew Allen in his appeal. Allen was not in court for the Oral Arguments, having been transferred to an Oklahoma Prison in 2025, shortly following sentencing in the case. Leeman directly named Patrick Westphal and another man, Brad Holder, as being the most likely third party suspects involved in the deaths of Delphi teens Abby Williams and Libby German in February 2017.

While it is unclear if Allen’s attorneys knew about Westfall’s arrest at the September 21, 2026, Appellate hearing, they were notified by our team prior to publication.
