Solved: Family of missing North Carolina woman asking for public’s help in locating her

(VNO) – The family of a missing woman in North Carolina is asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Forty-one year-old Rebecca Garcia-James, aka Rebecca Fellows was last seen at midnight last night in the area of Manna Church in Hope Mills, North Carolina. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black tank top and denim (blue jean) shorts.

Rebecca is 5’4″, weighing approximately 155 pounds, with blonde hair and brown roots. She has brown eyes and wears glasses. She has multiple tattoos: several on her neck and chest, all bearing names in cursive. There is also a tattoo on her left wrist, left ankle, and right calf.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rebecca Fellows is asked to call the Detective Mark Phillips with the Hope Mills, North Carolina, Police Department at (910) 425-4103.
